We use dedicated checkers to inspect conduction, interruption, voltage resistance, insulation resistance, and other required items, ensuring compliance with the all specified drawings. We also conduct shipment inspections for overseas sourced products to prevent any defective products from being shipped out.

Performs analysis of defective parts by enlarging them up to 5 million pixels and a standard magnification of 146x (up to 510x with a special lens attachment).

An all-in-one checker that combines the functions of continuity (open circuit, short circuit, miswiring), interruption (loose contact), voltage resistance, and insulation resistance testing. Various checkers tailored to the product specifications are used for appropriate testing.
