  • Sales
    This person is in charge of sales of products in, among others, the machine tool, industrial machine, home appliance, medical equipment, testing and analytical equipment, and electronic component industries. The position is primarily route sales focusing on existing business partners. The customer will generally be a manager in the materials purchasing and procurement division. A typical day consists of three to five customer visits. The position will also require regular company-internal communication and coordination with both Japan-based and other country production facilities.

    Manufacturing
    These positions are based in our production facilities, either in Kyoto or Aichi Prefecture (Kasugai city). Responsibilities involve production management, technology implementation and administration, and other operations on-site at the manufacturing sites. Additional services include quality control, quality assurance, facility servicing, and basic and advanced maintenance.

    General affairs / accounting
    These positions involve salary and benefit management, account settlement, daily deposits and withdrawals, procurement of administrative supplies and materials, etc. Employees are expected to facilitate an environment where employees can work in security and comfort.

    Materials purchasing
    This section handles mainly the procurement of the basic components of our products, such as electrical wire, connectors, and electronic parts. It also manages material delivery schedules, stock and inventory management, negotiations with vendors, etc.
  • Required skills, specialized major fields of study, experience
  • Generally speaking, all positions are entry-level. Graduates of all majors, both technical and liberal arts, are welcome to apply. Basic computer skills such as word processing and data entry are required.
  • Licenses and qualifications
  • Applicants must possess a valid regular driver’s license (licenses limited to automatic transmissions are acceptable).
